The Department of English organized an Academic Presentation Competition for the students of English Department on Thursday, 11^th August 2016. The program started at 10:00 in the morning. Students from various semesters took part in the competition with their presentations on different issues. Following the presentation session students of the department also came up with a cultural display, performing recitation, dance and songs. Finally, after some brief words of encouragement from the Dean of Faculty of Arts and Social Science, Prof. Dr. Tazul Islam, the event was closed with a prize and certificate distribution among the participants. The head of the department of English M. Hamidul Haque along with other faculty members of the department were also present in the occasion.
