| American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Coventry University, UK at the Board Room of AIUB on Wednesday March 18, 2009. The MOU provides scope for establishing 2+2, and 3+1 programme frameworks for courses in the area of Business, Environment and Society, undertaking joint research and exchange of faculty and students as well as credit transfer.
Professor Phil Harris Head of International Development of Coventry University and Professor Dr. Anwar Hossain Pro-Vice Chancellor AIUB signed the MOU on behalf of their respective Universities. Dr. Carmen Z. Lamagna, Vice Chancellor of AIUB, Mr. Manzur H. Khan Coordinator of OSA and high university officials were also present at the signing ceremony. It is envisaged that such exchange program will be beneficial to both the institutions and Bangladeshi students will immensely benefit from this agreement. |
