On Wednesday, October 14, 2026, the AIUB Business Club (ABC), in collaboration with BYD Bangladesh and with the support of the Office of Student Affairs (OSA), AIUB, successfully organized “Career Hacks 6.0: Sustainable Mobility and Careers of Tomorrow.” Ms. Naima Rahman Neha and Mr. Safwan Hossain hosted the event, energizing the audience and guiding each segment with confidence, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm throughout the program. The event aimed to give participants insights into the automotive industry and explore opportunities to build careers in this evolving sector.

The event featured opening addresses and expressions of gratitude by AIUB Business Club mentor Mr. Stanley Rodrick, Associate Professor, Department of Marketing, FBA, and Special Assistant, OSA, alongside Prof. Dr. Mohammad Faridul Alam, Director, Graduate Programs (MBA and EMBA), FBA. The event was also graced by Mr. Hamidul Islam [Hamid], Associate Professor, Department of Marketing, FBA, and Special Assistant, OSA, and Dr. Mohammad Ali, Senior Assistant Professor, Department of Management, FBA. Their presence added great value to the program and encouraged the students to learn from the industry professionals.

The session featured two distinguished guest speakers from BYD Bangladesh:

§ Mr. Md Rezwan Rahman – Client Experience Specialist, BYD Bangladesh

The speakers shared their journeys, professional perspectives, and valuable insights into the automotive industry, helping students understand the skills and knowledge needed to join this growing field.

A major highlight of the program was the display of BYD's Sealion 6 in front of Annex-2, giving attendees a chance to view the vehicle up close. After the guest speaker presentations, the hosts led an interactive, podcast-style panel discussion in which both guests shared their responses. The event also included an interactive Q&A session, allowing students to engage directly with the speakers and ask questions about careers in the evolving automotive industry. The event also included an interactive quiz session, where the top three participants received gifts from BYD Bangladesh, followed by a prize-giving ceremony and a group photo session.

The program concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks on behalf of the AIUB Business Club (ABC) by Ms. Asma Abul Khair, Officer-Member Development, ABC, who thanked the guests, faculty members, and participants for making the session interactive. 

Overall, the event gave students a valuable opportunity to learn directly from experienced professionals and broaden their understanding of career opportunities beyond the classroom. The session ended with an engaging, informative experience for all students who attended the program. Career Hacks 6.0 served as a strong platform for industry engagement, helping students prepare for tomorrow's professional opportunities.
