Abstract
This study combines the Control, Communication, and Signal Processing. This paper shows how to make an affordable and energy efficient electric vehicle (EV) that is perfect for Bangladesh's cities. This EV offers a smart and affordable solution for local commuters, last-mile deliveries and small businesses. It supports Bangladesh’s green goals by reducing carbon emissions and fuel dependence, while creating opportunities for local EV manufacturing and job growth. The EV is built with a lightweight structure and a high-efficiency brushless DC motor (BLDC) for smooth operation in every city. A custom battery management system is using an onboard controller that will monitor the battery health, controls charging and ensures safety. The system also includes regenerative braking and a solar charging option to extend range and reduce power consumption. The results demonstrate controlling the vehicle parameters like SOC parameter, voltage and current parameter, change in speed with respect to time. A detailed MATLAB/Simulink model was developed, also simulating driver behavior, energy flow and vehicle dynamics based on urban traffic conditions.
