Abstract
Challenges to healthcare delivery in rural Bangladesh are the lack of infrastructure and investment. Nevertheless, advanced technologies in health care delivery and community health systems can revolutionize the healthcare delivery systems in such regions. This paper assesses the effect of medical and biophysics related practices in relation to availability of health care, disease prevalence and poverty in the rural areas of Bangladesh between 2015 to 2023.70 papers were included in the analysis, that discussed community-based health interventions, medical solutions, and patient information from governments, NGOs and health institutions. Time series analysis was conducted, and the results compare indicators for health literacy, employment and mortality. Total health related schemes and devices were enhanced leading to a growth in disease control by 20%. The number of patients treated increased by 152 percent with the creation of 4,500 jobs but there is still lots of inequality. Lifestyle and medical and biophysics have enhanced quality, decreased morbidity and mortality, and generated employment in rural settings of Bangladesh. The requirement is to overcome the deficit of necessary infrastructure and ensure the development of relevant skills to maintain progress.
