115 Students of American 115 Students of AIUB participated in a workshop on Robotics

WORKSHOP on ROBOTICS

115 Students of American International University – Bangladesh (AIUB) participated in a workshop on Robotics conducted by NextSapiens collaboratively with Spellbound. The workshop was held on July 17th, 18th and 19th, 2009 at the Campus 4 of AIUB. Professor Dr. Tafazzal Hossain, Vice President, Academics, AIUB opened the workshop. From this workshop students learnt about Basic and Advance Electronics, motors and locomotion of robots, sensor technologies, control system and application of robots in the terrestrial, aerial and underwater industries and worked on practical applications. The program was a unique one of its kind and received excellent responses from the students. From AIUB, the event was coordinated by Md. Farhad Ahmed of Department of Computer Science, Ms. Jumanah Shireen and Mr. Rinku Basak of Faculty of Engineering.
