On Monday, September 1, 2025, AIUB Community of Engineering Students (ACES) organized “ACES Membership Orientation 2025” at the Multipurpose Hall, D-Building, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB). The program held from 04:00 PM to 05:00 PM, marked the beginning of a new journey for aspiring members while celebrating the contributions of the previous panel.

The event began with a short promo video that highlighted the vision, activities, and achievements of ACES. After that, former ACES leaders Mr. Tanay Banik (Chairperson, 2024-2025), Ms. Mahfuja Yeasmin (General Secretary, ACES, 2024-2025), Mr. Snehashish Saha (Treasurer, ACES, 2024-2025) & Mr. Tahmeed Ali Patwary (Event Coordinator, 2024-2025) respectively shared their experiences. Adding to the vibrant atmosphere, AIUB Performing Arts Club (APAC) took the stage, engaging the audience with their spirited performance. The session then moved into a magazine video show, where cherished memories, milestones, and the journey of ACES were presented, reminding everyone of the dedication and collaborative efforts that shaped its success.

Finally, Professor Dr. Md. Saniat Rahman Zishan (Professor and Director, Faculty of Engineering, AIUB), who warmly greeted the new ACES members and encouraged them to actively engage in engineering innovations. Following this, a Crest and Frame were presented to the outgoing committee members as a token of appreciation, handed over by Dr. Md. Saniat Rahman Zishan and Mr. Abir Ahmed (Mentor, ACES). The new executive committee is declared at the end of the event. The event ended with a group photograph with the members, capturing the spirit of unity, teamwork, and new beginnings.
