Submission of Student Birth Registration Number & NID

Submission of Student’s Birth Registration Number (BRN) and/or National Identification Number (NID)

As per instruction from the Ministry of Education, every student is required to submit his/her Birth Registration Number (BRN) and/or National Identification Number (NID) to the university as soon as possible.

Therefore, AIUB students are required to submit the necessary documents by logging into their VUES account in the online AIUB portal as soon as possible (click ‘Submit Identity Information’).

Please note, that this submission will soon be made mandatory and hence, students who do not have their BRN and/or NID (if applicable) are advised to acquire the relevant documents at the earliest possible opportunity (keeping their safety in mind during the pandemic).
