NO ID; NO ENTRY policy is strictly applicable for the Students and Employees of the university.
Students and Employees must wear their Proper AIUB ID card, with the attached color-coded ribbons of their respective faculties before entering the campus and the ID card must be visible at all times inside the campus.
The Facial Recognition System implemented at the automated flap gates throughout the campus entry points will grant access for valid registered students of the current semester. Please note, it is NOT a supplement to the student ID card
In case the Facial Recognition System does not grant access to a valid registered student, due to mechanical error or any other issue, they may use the designated bay to access entry points with the Student IDs, after which they may proceed to the VUES Office to resolve the issue to avoid further restrictions on campus entry.
Unregistered/invalid students carrying their respective Student ID cards must identify their status at the validation kiosk or at the Office of the Registrar for processing their entry access requests.
Alumni who are registered members of the AIUB Alumni Society (AIUB AlumS) must present their AIUB AlumS membership card at the entry points to gain access to the campus premises. Other alumni may acquire a one-day alumni pass from the designated office in the Gallery. They may later contact the Office of Placement & Alumni (OPA) for additional information on becoming registered members of the AIUB AlumS and acquiring the membership cards for ease of future entry access.
Visitors/ guardians are allowed to enter the campus for valid and verified reasons only. Pre-set appointments or requests for such, with faculty members or administrative officials must be cross-checked and confirmed with the concerned parties prior to granting entry.
Visitors/guardians must submit a valid Photo ID and collect the official Visitor ID from the reception/security desk located in front of the Office of the Registrar. The Visitor ID must be visible on the visitors/guardians at all times while on the campus premises. Visitor IDs must be returned to the reception/security desk at the end of the visit, upon which they can retrieve their submitted Photo IDs.
Request of student’s guest entry to the campus will be processed on a case-to-case basis subject to validation of guest’s photo ID and student ID.
Gates marked with signages of ‘No Entry’ are strictly used for ‘Exit only’. Students must adhere to the entry and exit points accordingly. Any violation may result in disciplinary action.
Male students must wear closed-toe shoes (front and back fully covered) within the campus premises at all times.
All students must be properly attired while on campus. Any indecent or inappropriate attires that can be considered as offensive, questionable, or immodest is a violation of the code of conduct that may lead to dismissal from the campus premises or even disciplinary action.
The AIUB Management reserves the right to permit, restrict, or dismiss anyone from entering the campus premises at any time.
