Notice for original document submission

Documents Submission and Student ID collection
(Applicable for Students admitted in Summer 2019-20, Fall 2020-21, Spring 2020-21, Summer 2020-21 and Fall 2021-22)

 

This is to notify students who were admitted in the semesters of Summer 2019-20, Fall 2020-21, Spring 2020-21, Summer 2020-21 and Fall 2021-22 that they must submit the following documents at the Admission Office on campus in Kuril by December 23, 2021 [Between 10 AM – 3 PM on weekdays]:

  1. All Original Academic Mark Sheets/Transcripts and Certificates/Testimonial (without lamination) along with 1 set of Photocopies of all Mark Sheets & Certificate/Testimonial.
  2. Four (4) copies of Recent Passport-Sized Photographs (Colored & Clear).
  3. One (1) copy of Recent Passport-Sized Photograph of parents (Colored & Clear).
  4. Photocopy of the National IDs of Parents.
  5. Signed AIUB Policy Statement (available to download in the VUES portal under ‘Others > Download Forms’)

 

* Please ignore this notice if you have already submitted documents and collected the ID.

 

Please note that Original Documents Submission is a standard and mandatory process for Freshman Students. Due to pandemic, it was delayed. Freshman students of above-mentioned semesters must submit the original documents as per the deadline mentioned. Failure to submit the original documents will lead to registration block.

If any student is unable to submit the original documents at this moment, they must contact the information and admission office, and submit an application stating valid reason and mentioning the date by when they will submit the documents. They must receive approval of this application of extension; otherwise, the same deadline will be applicable for them.

Students can also collect their AIUB Student ID from the Information Office at the same time.

Steps to be followed:

Step 1: Report to the information office

Step 2: Fill up the form for student ID

Step 3: Report to the admission office, submit original documents and collect acknowledgement receipt

Step 4: Collect student ID on the way out from Information office

  • Everyone must wear masks and maintain proper hygiene, safety, and security protocols at all times during the visit.
