Domestic Law
The domain of domestic law includes within itself a wide range of legal areas that do not fall under the international law. The domestic law can be broadly divided into two areas including civil and criminal law. The civil law deals with constitutional law, contract law, law of civil procedure, law of evidence, company law, law of torts, land law, law of transfer of property etc. On the other hand, the criminal law includes the different kinds of penal laws, anti-corruption law, law of criminal procedure. etc. At the same time, it deals with different law enforcement mechanisms and agencies including courts and tribunals, legislative, and executive bodies.INTEREST(S)

The primary mission of research on domestic law is to contribute to advancing knowledge in the field. This involves conducting in-depth studies, analysis, and investigations to enhance the understanding of legal principles, doctrines, and their applications within a specific jurisdiction.
