Mr. Stanley Rodrick and Mr. Hamidul Islam, Assistant Professors from the Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration, American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) presented two Research Papers entitled, “Influences of Packaging and Labeling Aspects on Consumer Preferences for Personal Care Products: An Empirical Study on the Rural Consumers of Chittagong Division, Bangladesh”, and “Consumers’ Awareness and Acceptability towards Online Grocery Shopping: A Study on the Consumers of Dhaka Metropolitan City” respectively at the 6th International Conference on Tourism, Business, Finance and Law (TBFL-2017). The conference was held at the Grand Seasons Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on September 29, 2017. Participants from different countries of South Asia, South East Asia, and Africa were there to present their respective paper/s.
It is also to mention that, the paper entitled “Influences of Packaging and Labeling Aspects on Consumer Preferences for Personal Care Products: An Empirical Study on the Rural Consumers of Chittagong Division, Bangladesh”, was adjudged the “Session Best Paper” by the jury members and awarded with a Certificate and Crest at the mentioned conference. It is a great pride and honor for the Faculty members to represent AIUB and bring glory to the University at the international platform.
