Success in the increasingly complex and turbulent and highly networked environment, will only be possible if business entities continuously adapt, change and develop dynamic capabilities to attain sustainable growth. To attain this objective, Faculty of Business Studies, University of Rajshahi, Bangladesh arranged an International Conference on Business and Development dated March 08-09, 2018. Mr. Mohammad Faridul Alam, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Accounting and Mr. Niaz Mohammad, Assistant Professor, Department of Accounting, participated in this conference. They presented a paper titled Sustainability of Integrated Reporting Practices in the Banking Sectors of Bangladesh. Different public and private universities from home and abroad actively attended this conference and shared insightful information.
