The Faculty of Business Administration (FBA) of AIUB successfully arranged three Certificate courses for its existing BBA students in Fall 22-23 semester. This four-day program commenced from 8 January to 11 January 2023 with many positive student remarks.

The Faculty of Business Administration (AIUB) has been arranging this program for the last two years, which is aimed to enhance the critical thinking and various core skills of the future business graduates of AIUB. This time courses were offered and executed virtually using the MS Teams platform in three crucial areas of business: Emotional Intelligence in HR, Data analysis in Excel, and Stress Management. The initiative received an overwhelming response from the students, and a total of 100+ students participated and were awarded with certificates. FBA firmly believes that this initiative will help future graduates to prepare better with the necessary knowledge and skills in this globalized world, adapt with technological advancement, and be involved in community development.

The courses were designed and planned by Dr. Farheen Hassan (Professor & Director, BBA) and Dr. Md. Tamzidul Islam (Faculty Member, FBA). The certification courses were facilitated by Dr. Aftab Ahmed (Associate Professor, FBA), Mr.  Zubayer Suhan (Lecturer, FBA), Ms. Samia Shabnaz (Senior Assistant Professor, FBA).

FBA is highly committed to continuing this endeavor and offering courses in emerging fields in the future.
