Documents Submission of Freshman Students of Summer 19-20, Fall 20-21 and Spring 20-21 (Revised)

Please note that Original Documents Submission (as per the following list) is a standard and mandatory process for all Freshman Students. As the pandemic situation has again deteriorated, the previously posted deadline of mandatory document submission of Freshman students of Summer 2019-20, Fall 2020-21 and Spring 2020-21 is hereby postponed and will be announced later. Students are advised to check the noticeboard of the homepage regularly for updated information.

 

List of documents:

  1. All Original Academic Mark Sheets/Transcripts and Certificates/Testimonial (without lamination) along with 1 set of Photocopies of all Mark Sheets & Certificate/Testimonial.
  2. Four (4) copies of Recent Passport-Sized Photographs (Colored & Clear).
  3. One (1) copy of Recent Passport-Sized Photograph of parents (Colored & Clear).
  4. Photocopy of the National IDs of Parents.
