A delegation from the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB), led by Ms. Nadia Anwar, Founder Member and Chairman of the Board of Trustees, met with the newly appointed Chairman of the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh (UGC), Prof. Dr. SMA Faiz, on Tuesday, September 17, 2024, at his office.

The delegation included Prof. Dr. Saiful Islam, Vice Chancellor of AIUB, Prof. Dr. Md. Abdur Rahman, Pro-Vice Chancellor of AIUB, and Prof. Dr. Manzur H Khan, Proctor of AIUB. Dr. Md. Fakhrul Islam, Secretary of the University Grants Commission, was also present at the meeting.

On behalf of AIUB, Ms. Nadia Anwar presented a plaque of felicitation to Prof. Dr. SMA Faiz. The AIUB team also met Professor Dr. M. Anwar Hossen, Member of the UGC, during the visit.
