Students who are getting GENERAL INFORMATION NOTICE in the portal are requested to submit the General Information Application Form to the Information Department before the Pre-registration with the supporting documents if needed. Students who are getting “GENERAL INFORMATION NOTICE” in the portal cannot do their Pre-registration if this form is not submitted to the Information Department.
