As part of the preparation leading up to annual AIUB Job Fair 2024, a technical session titled "Your Pathway to a Successful Career" was conducted on November 25, 2024, arranged by the university’s Office of Placement and Alumni (OPA). The session was led by Ms. Anindita Trisha, Lead, Talent Management, OD & Senior HRBP Commercial at Perfetti Van Melle Bangladesh Pvt. Limited and a proud alumna of AIUB.

The Speaker was introduced by the Director of OPA Mr. R. Tareque Moudud FCMA & Ms. Tamanna Nazneen Rahman, Assistant Professor, Department of Management, Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), who welcomed her to the session.

Ms. Trisha captivated the students with her expert insights on essential career-building skills, focusing on the critical areas of CV writing, interview-facing techniques, and networking skills. Her session provided practical guidance to students on crafting impactful CVs that highlight their skills effectively, mastering the art of facing interviews, and building strong professional networks for career advancement.

Through interactive discussions and real-world examples, Ms. Trisha inspired students to embrace proactive strategies for personal and professional growth. Her success story, transitioning from an AIUB graduate to a leading role in a globally recognized organization was inspiring to the students, motivating them to pursue their professional goals with determination.

OPA plans to organize more such preparatory sessions in the days to come, leading up to AIUB Job Fair 2024.
