24^th Convocation Notice

Extension of 24^th Convocation Application & Payment Deadline

The application and payment deadline for the 24^th Convocation has now been extended until January 31, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Students who have completed graduation requirements by Fall 2025–26 are requested to submit the online form along with the payment. The application form is available in the student’s VUES account.

The last date for clearing the Convocation payment is February 02, 2026 (04:00 PM). To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that your payment is cleared and the payment slip is emailed to records@aiub.edu before the deadline.

Please note that failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your application.

Those who have already cleared their dues and been approved do not need to resend the slip.
