24^th Convocation
Final Notice for Graduation Certificate Application

The application and payment deadline for the 24^th Convocation Graduation Certificate Processing and Provisional Certificate Application has now been extended until March 15, 2026, at 4:00 PM. Students who have completed graduation requirements by Fall 2025–26 or earlier are requested to submit the online form along with the payment. The application form is available in the student’s VUES account.

To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that your payment is cleared and the payment slip (Bank Receipt or Screenshot of Online Payment) is emailed to records@aiub.edu before the deadline.

Please note that failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your application.

Note
01. This notice applies only to the certificate processing application and is not related to the convocation attendance form.

02. Those who have already cleared dues and have already collected their documents do not need to resend the slip.
