The application and payment process for the 24th Convocation of AIUB begins on August 05, 2025, and will remain open until November 30, 2025 [04:00 PM]. Students who have completed graduation requirements are requested to submit the online form along with the payment. The application form is available in the student’s VUES account.

The last date for clearing the Convocation payment is December 05, 2025 (04:00 PM). To avoid any inconvenience, please ensure that your payment is cleared and the payment slip is emailed to records@aiub.edu before the deadline.

Please note that failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your application.

Those who have already cleared their dues and been approved do not need to resend the slip.
