19^th Convocation Ceremony Date: Sunday, January 26, 2020

Venue: AIUB Campus

Along with previously cleared graduating students of 19^th Convocation, students who have completed their courses by Summer 2018-19 and applied for 20^th Convocation are also transferred to 19^th convocation. List of those transferred students can be found here. Please check the list and contact Office of Records for any discrepancy.

Some important schedule for these additional students (applicable also for already cleared students of 19^th convocation) are as following:

1. Gown Collection:

The payment of the gown is Tk. 1,200.00 (+ Tk. 200 for MBA, EMBA, MSCS, MTel, MEEE, MPH & MDS). If you miss the on-campus date, you may contact the Tailors directly. If you want to take part in the convocation; you must wear the proper gown.

2. Convocation Photographs:

Last date of convocation photographs was January 13, 2020. In case anyone missed the date may contact the photographer Mr. Khalid directly at 01911712825, 01677718567.

3. Convocation Ceremony Attendance Confirmation Form:

Every graduating student who wants to be present in the ceremony MUST FILL UP this form. Otherwise the invitation card for the student (or his/her guests) will not be issued and eventually the student will not be able to take part in the Convocation Ceremony. 'Convocation Ceremony Attendance Confirmation Form' is available online (‘Convocation Attendance Form’ under Online Applications after you login in VUES at portal.aiub.edu with your ID and password’). After submitting the online form, a slip must be printed. Preserve the printed slip. This printed slip will be required at the time of card release. Release date of the card will be announced later. If you forgot your VUES ID and password or experience any other problem, please contact VUES (8418046-49, Ext 303). Please fill the form accordingly with priority of guest 1 and then guest 2.

New Deadline of Convocation Ceremony Attendance Confirmation Form: January 15 – 20, 2020

**Important Note: This is not convocation application form. This is convocation CEREMONY ATTENDANCE form. This will only ensure your and your guest’s ceremony attendance invitation card. If you fail to fill up this form on time, your and your guest’s invitation cards will not be printed.

4. Invitation Card Release: Date will be announced soon. Please keep an eye on the web notice.

5. Seat Plan at the Convocation Ceremony: Please check the website for convocation seat plan as per faculty and department 2 days before the ceremony.
