Long Term Evolution (LTE) is the fourth generation of Cellular Network (4G) solution that promises significantly higher data rates for both up & download, thereby enabling a wide variety of Internet Protocol (IP) services such as Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) and online gaming.
The theory and design process of a printed antenna like Meander Line Antenna (MLA) for LTE handsets have been presented in the seminar. The design and optimization of a Multiple-Input/Multiple-Output (MIMO) Antenna for LTE devices have also been presented.
State of art regarding online teaching tools for engineering education has been introduced in the last part of the seminar.
