• As per the instruction and approval of the Ministry of Education, the 20^th Convocation Ceremony of AIUB will be held on a virtual platform, presided over by the Honorable Education Minister, Dr. Dipu Moni

• The program will be broadcasted live in the official AIUB Facebook page

Applicable only for the award recipients (as per the final published list of the 20^th Convocation Awardees) as per the above-mentioned schedule

• Each student can bring a maximum of 2 guardians to the program
• Each student must be in his/her convocation gown to attend the award ceremony. Students must ensure that the color of the hood corresponds with the respective faculties. Please find the guidelines and contact information for collecting the gown provided below.
• Attending students must register (for themselves and their guardians) through the VUES portal, within the given deadline (Registration schedule will be announced after 10^th October 2021)
• To take part in the award program on the campus premises, every registered participant (students and guardians) must be fully vaccinated with the double doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
  • Awardees must upload the softcopy of the vaccination card in the VUES portal during registration and take a print copy of the confirmation.
  • Awardees and their guardians must bring the printed copy of registration confirmation (from VUES) on the day of the award program, along with their respective vaccination cards.
  • Only registered students and guardians (fulfilling the above-mentioned requirements) will be allowed to enter the campus premises. Students/guardians will not be allowed without the registration confirmation printout (from VUES) and their respective vaccination cards (with double doses).

• Separate schedule will be set and announced later for taking the Convocation Photographs on campus with set-up photobooths for all graduates.
• Students may bring their own respective gowns for the occasion.

Due to COVID-19 Pandemic situation the following protocol will be applicable:

• Each student can bring a maximum of 2 guardians

• Attending students must register (for themselves and their guardians) through the VUES portal, within the given deadline (Registration schedule will be announced later)
• To enter the campus premises for taking pictures in the convocation photobooths, every registered participant (students and guardians) must be fully vaccinated with the double doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.

  • Students and their guardians must bring the printed copy of registration confirmation (from VUES) on the day of their specific allotted date, along with their respective vaccination cards.
