The Finals of the AIUB Finance Quiz Contest Summer 2010 was recently held in the AIUB Auditorium on September 30th, 2010. Thirty teams of two members per team participated in the contest. Out of these thirty teams, four advanced to the finals. The team comprising of Md. Saiful Alam and Chowdhury Hossain Mahmud won the contest, and Radoan Al Rizvi and Md. Saddam Hossain’s team became 1st runner up. At the end of the contest, both the teams were presented with certificates and crests by Dr. Charles Villanueva, Dr. Matiur Rahman and Dr. Ehsanul Huda. Also present in the audience were many faculty members of the Department of Accounting & Finance, and students from the BBA program. The quiz contest was jointly organized by Dr. Dulal Miah, Mr. Marvin Rozario and Mr. Hasan A. Mamun of the Department of Finance.
