FE and FST faculties at the National Symposium on “Transforming Education for the Industry: Engineer’s Perspective in Achieving Vision 2041”

With the noble intention to ensure quality, credibility, and accountability of engineering education, AIUB always aims to achieve national and international accreditation of different engineering undergraduate degrees. The Board of Accreditation for Engineering and Technical Education (BAETE), Bangladesh of The Institution of Engineers, Bangladesh (IEB) is one of the signatory bodies (provisional) of Washington Accord, provides the accreditation of different engineering programs to ensure the quality in engineering education. To ensure that faculty members are well-versed in BAETE accreditation standards, AIUB supports the faculty members to participate in advance level training/workshops/symposiums organized by BAETE. In this regard, 4 faculty members, Mr. Nafiz Ahmed Chisty (Associate Professor & Head, EEE), Dr. Md. Ehasanul Haque (Senior Assistant Professor & Head, IPE), Dr. Mohammad Mahmudul Hasan (Associate Professor & Special Assistant, CS), Ms. Susmita Ghosh (Associate Professor & Assessor, AIUB-IQAC) and Mr. Abir Ahmed (Assistant Professor, CoE)  from AIUB attended The National Symposium on “Transforming Education for the Industry: Engineer’s Perspective in Achieving Vision 2041” on Saturday, 20 April 2024 where the prime concept of the event was to bridge the academia & Industry and to ensure the convergence between the two parties.
