BASIS Students’ Forum AIUB chapter have organized an activation campaign on “NASA Space Apps Challenge 2017” on 5th April, 2017. The motive of the campaign was to let students know about the  prominent event organized by National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), with Bangladesh Association of Software and Information Services (BASIS) as the host organizer for the event in Bangladesh.

Mr. Asif Atiq ( CTO, Prime Tech Solutions Ltd ), Mr. Syed Zubair Hossain ( CEO, Divine IT Limited ), Mr. Shah Jalal Sohel ( CEO, Esteem Corporation ), Mr. Shohag Chandra Das (Assistant Project manager, BASIS) had  given their emphasis and a short brief of the hackathon. This year the hackathon will be bigger and better than before.The top teams will be qualified for a final global event to be held in New York. It will be an opportunity for students to showcase their work and ability to the world. Dr. Khandaker Tabin Hasan ( Associate Professor and Head of graduation program, AIUB) gave his valuable speech to encourage the students to participate in the hackathon.
