20th Convocation Vice Chancellor and Dr. Anwarul Abedin Leadership Award Distribution

Vice Chancellor’s award: In recognition of the meritorious effort and successful completion of Internship report, Thesis, Design Project from various departments.

Dr. Anwarul Abedin Leadership: In recognition of the extra ordinary effort in extra-curricular activities and leadership quality.

Schedule of Award Distribution:

Date: Saturday, December 11, 2021

Venue: Amphitheater, AIUB Campus

Time: 11.00 AM – 12.00 PM

Instruction and Guideline:

Every award recipient of the 20th convocation of the Vice Chancellor and Dr. Anwarul Abedin Leadership Award must register for the award ceremony after logging into her/his VUES account in the AIUB Portal (portal.aiub.edu).
To receive the award at the ceremony, every award recipient must be in their respective gown as per their faculty color*.
Student may bring their parents/ guardians (maximum 2). Name of their parents/ guardians must be included in the registration form.
Student must maintain the specific time schedule as mentioned above. Entry to the campus will be strictly monitored as per registered schedule (date and time).
The deadline for registration is 3 PM, Thursday, December 9, 2021.
Student must bring the printout of the confirmed schedule.
Student must complete their task and exit the campus within the given timeframe.
Students may bring their own camera.
If a student misses the ceremony or is unable to attend the ceremony, she/he will have to contact the Office of Guidance Council (OGC)/ Office of Student Affairs on a later date.

Procedure for student:

Step 1: Login to VUES

Step 2: Submit the 20^th Convocation VC’s/Leadership Award application form

Step 3: Print the application confirmation receipt

Step 4: Visit the campus on Saturday, December 11, 2021 with the printout as per the specific schedule (11.00 AM)

Step 5: Attend the ceremony to receive the award in the Amphitheater

* Color Guideline of Hood and Gown:

Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences:

Undergraduate (English, Economics, MMC, LLB): Maroon Hood, Black Gown

Postgraduate (MDS, MPH): Maroon Hood, Black Gown, White Slash

Faculty of Business Administration:

BBA: Green Hood, Black Gown
