Abstract
ChatGPT is one of the vital artificial intelligence applications that have come to light very recently. It has many aspects of use in diverse sectors but English education is not left anymore. Developing English grammar skills using ChatGPT is one of the major concerns in recent years. This study aims to investigate the potentiality of ChatGPT using it as a perfect application to identify grammatical problems and enhance English grammar rules with writing abilities. For doing this research, a quantitative research method was followed. A survey questionnaire was prepared for collecting the responses of 166 participants of various sectors. The result finds out that using ChatGPT can enhance English writing skills, improve the level of understanding of English grammar with clear and comprehensible explanations, correct errors with checking for grammatical mistakes and bring confidence in writing. Some demerits of using this application can lead students or users to the lowest level of critical thinking skills, making them dependent on this technology along with making them addicted very badly. Finally, this study recommended that ChtaGPT can bring blessings to Students and teachers if they are able to use this application properly. Educationalists should focus on this application and add this in the curriculum to get the best outcome from the students. Teachers should teach this to the students with proper methods and should design their materials in a more advanced way.
