Abstract

AI enabled technologies currently revolutionize textile operations through design advancement and sustainable production while optimizing manufacturing activities. By examining historical design histories, artificial intelligence creates unique patterns that help designers respond to changing consumer preferences. Machine learning algorithms analyze market patterns to predict consumer behavior which allows companies to improve stock management and reduce the risk of overproduction. The use of AI-based predictive maintenance to monitor the health of textile machines enables operators to detect potential equipment issues before they occur and helps to avoid costly breakdowns. The application of artificial intelligence technology to detect problems leads in more accurate product quality control since it discovers problematic areas that might lead to waste and lower product standards. AI technology helps manufacturers schedule their production runs according to actual market demand which results in no surplus or shortfalls and optimal resource utilization. The AI automation system operates with minimal human error so manufacturing processes run without interruptions and with high precision. AI in textile production reduces carbon footprints through optimization of energy, waste minimization, and supply chain enhancement. It minimizes losses, maximizes profits, and enhances green practices. With predictive analysis, companies can achieve better efficiency and financial gain using preventive decision-making strategies. As artificial intelligence advances continue, its application in the textile industry is likely to increase, resulting in more efficient and eco-friendly business processes.
