Abstract
Research Purpose This research examines how technological advancements transform businesses across Bangladesh during 2011 to 2024. Our focus is to examine how businesses can boost efficiency and generate income while hiring more workers and building future-proof industries through technology adoption. This research analyzes the obstacles that industries encounter when trying to use new technology. Data and Methodology Our research required quantitative numbers from time data alongside publications from industries and professional feedback. Our study looked at four important factors: We studied how industries use technology to improve production speed, tech deployment, and manpower expansion. Our study used information from official sources, businesses, and international institutions to build a complete data base. Findings The research demonstrates that businesses using more technology produce better results and create more employment opportunities at the same time. By 2024 the adoption of digital technology reached 45% and resulted in 19% higher productivity and 20% more revenue. Research from public entities and state investments contributed to these technological developments. Research Implications Policy making leaders and industry managers gain useful guidance from these results about how technology transformation leads to enduring industrial expansion and strengthens market position. The study shows policymakers and business leaders exactly what they need to do to help innovation and economic growth. Limited development occurs because running costs are high and businesses face two key challenges: both hiring the right staff and upgrading workplace amenities pose major difficulties for business growth. Scientists require further research to understand these current issues. Originality This research explores how innovation transforms the industrial structure in Bangladesh. This research introduces valuable new information and straightforward guidelines to help developing economies create their industrial sector with long-term sustainability.
