Abstract
This study focuses on the intersection of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Data Analytics applied to digital education. It explores how technological barriers affect learning opportunities among low-income families in Bangladesh. Goals/Objectives: This research aims to identify major challenges that hinder access to digital education for underprivileged communities. It also seeks to propose strategies to improve digital literacy and access for these families. Methodology: A structured online survey was conducted with 450+ participants from diverse socioeconomic backgrounds. Data analysis was performed using SPSS to identify patterns related to device availability, internet connectivity, digital skills, and academic outcomes. The study uses a data-driven approach centered on the experiences of affected families. Results and Analysis: Findings reveal significant challenges including limited internet access, device scarcity, and low digital literacy. Many students share devices or face frequent power outages, reducing learning efficiency. Statistical analysis showed strong correlations between income level and digital engagement. Despite institutional efforts, digital education remains largely inaccessible for low-income groups. These insights underscore the urgent need for targeted policies and community driven ICT initiatives. References: 1.Islam, M. S., & Habib, M. A. (2021). Challenges of E-Learning in Rural Bangladesh.
