Seminar on "Market Trends & Business Strategy in Promoting Corporate Sales in Bangladesh"

Marketing Department of AIUB organized a seminar on ‘"Market Trends & Business Strategy in Promoting Corporate Sales in Bangladesh" on 31st of March, 2011. The target audience were the students of the course –Business to Business (B2B) Marketing who are mainly the majoring students in the dynamic field of Marketing. The main purpose of the seminar was to enrich students’ knowledge on Corporate Sales Strategy & B2B Market Dynamism through experience & information sharing from industry experts & corporate professionals. Mr. Mashooq Samiul, Head of SME, Citycell was the key speaker. He spoke about different issues regarding Corporate & SME sales strategies based on his professional experience & enlighten the audience through sharing ideas and issues required to be addressed for formulating sales strategies in B2B sector.
Dr. Ehsanul Huda Chowdhury, Director, BBA & MBA Program; Mr.Rashed Chowdhury, Head, Department of Marketing were present at the seminar to share their valuable words in order to encourage students for relating their theoretical understanding of the subjects studied in AIUB with the contemporary practice in the Industry.
The seminar took place in room no. 141, Campus 1 from 11:00 a.m. for one and half an hour.After the presentation, an open & lively question and answer session took place. At the end of the seminar, Dr. Ehsanul Huda Chowdhury, Director, BBA & MBA Program, delivered the vote of thanks and the resource speaker was given a certificate of appreciation from the university. The event was initiated & coordinated by Ms. Tahsina Khan, faculty of Department of Marketing.
