“Appreciating Creativity and Sharing Marketing Thoughts” - with this objective, Department of Marketing organized a Poster Competition on 14th December 2015 for the students of the course, Consumer Behavior.  17 teams of students have participated in this event which was held in Campus 1 and 5 from 3:30 pm to 6:30 pm. With relevant texts, pictures and graphics, Poster can become a powerful communication tool for organizations to promote their products and services. This event of Poster Competition provided a platform to the students’ community to express their interests and thoughts on Marketing. The contest was inaugurated by Dr. Anisur Rahman Faroque, the Head of the Marketing Department and the Chair of the Judges Panel.  Students’ team efforts on concept selection, message development and poster presentation were observed and evaluated by the faculty members – Ms. Samira Nuzhat, Mr. Hamidul Islam, Mr. Stanley Rodrick, Ms. Ismoth Iqbal and Ms. Madhobi Hossain from the Department of Marketing.  To appreciate the participants for portraying their creative works, the event was also graced by the interactive presence of Mr. A K Nazmul, BBA Program Director, Mr. Zakaria Masud, the Head of the Accounting and Finance Department, and Mr. Faridul Alam, Assistant Professor. Based on the faculty members’ judgments, top three teams from each section were awarded for their excellence. The event was organized by Ms. Tahsina Khan, Course Instructor of Consumer Behavior, under the guidance and supervision of Dr. Anisur Rahman Faroque, the Head of the Department, Marketing.
