To enrich the performance of students and boost up theoretical knowledge, The Department of Marketing, Faculty of Business Administration (FBA), AIUB in association with Service Marketing and Social Media & Digital Marketing teams organized Business Process Innovation (BPI) showcase in which the students of both courses cheerfully participated. Since the event was, namely “Business Process Innovation (BPI) anchored with the theme “Customer Services Through Digital Media”, a total of 70 students divided into 13 groups endeavor to find the current service gaps and plans for providing better service along with the digitalization process in their real life in order to become future leaders. Finally, three groups out of 13 nominated by the panel members were awarded with crests and certificates.                   

However, students’ performance were evaluated based on their design that laid out, consistency with the theme, presentation and communication skills, efforts, and ability to confront questions regarding their projects . Dr. Partha P. Chowdhury, Associate Professor, Ms. Tahsina Khan, Assistant Professor, Ms. Yesmin Sultana, Lecturer, department of Marketing, Ms. Sumaya Islam,  Department of Architecture were invited as the panel members for the event.  

In the Presence of honorable Pro Vice Chancellor & Dean Prof. Dr. Charles C. Villanueva,; Ms. Farheen Hassan, Associate professor and director of FBA; Dr Khondaker Sazzadul Karim, Associate Professor and Coordinator Department of Marketing, THM and IB made the event more fruitful, effective and successful. Moreover, the competitors were highly motivated when they were awarded with crests and certificates. The event was jointly organized by Mr. AKM Kamrul Haque, Sr. Assistant Professor, department of Marketing, and Dr. Md. Khaled Amin, Assistant Professor, Department of Marketing.
