The AIUB Job Fair 2022 was held at the American International University – Bangladesh (AIUB) campus on Saturday, 12 November 2022.
The Vice Chancellor of AIUB, Dr Carmen Zita Lamagna inaugurated the fair at 10.30 AM in presence of Deans, Associate Deans, Directors, faculty members, officials, students, alumni of AIUB, and also Heads of Human Resources and officials of participating companies.
Since 2006, the AIUB Job Fair has been organized annually except for 2020 and 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. It helps the AIUB alumni and students to successfully make their transition into the professional world.
This year, 96 companies collected around 12000+ CVs of AIUB students and alumni, 5 companies conducted on-campus interview to hire AIUB graduates, and some companies arranged on-campus quiz competitions.
This flagship event is organized by the Office of Placement & Alumni (OPA) with the support of Office of Student Affairs (OSA), under the leadership and guidance of Founder Member & Chairman Ishtiaque Abedin, founding members Dr. Hasanul A Hasan and Ms. Nadia Anwar, Board of Trustees of AIUB.
