On August 6, 2023, the American International University-Bangladesh (AIUB) and Kathmandu University in Nepal solidified their collaboration by formalizing a distinctive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU). The primary objective of this MoU is to initiate a sports exchange program, aimed at enhancing cooperation and reinforcing the connection between AIUB and Kathmandu University. Mr. Manzur H. Khan, Proctor and Director of the Office of Student Affairs at AIUB, and Professor Dr. Rajendra Joshi, Director of the Directorate of Student Welfare at Kathmandu University, Nepal, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective institutions. The signing of this sports-oriented MoU will usher in new avenues for friendly relations between the universities of the two nations. This agreement will facilitate the exchange of players, coaches, and officials between the two universities, enabling them to share their respective experiences, skills, and sports-related information. This reciprocal arrangement promises to be mutually beneficial for both institutions.
