Abstract
Artificial Intelligence (AI) in e-commerce has brought a roaring transformation in the online shopping experience of Bangladesh. Recommendation engines and personalized marketing with the help of such AI technologies are becoming mandatory for increasing customer satisfaction and generating sales growth. This study applies the time series dataset from the year 2019 to 2024 to understand the effect of AI on online fashion shopping in Bangladesh. The data includes AI adoption rates, the size of the global AI in the fashion market, user engagement with the AI recommendations, AI-based sales growth, and customer satisfaction levels. This paper examines the ways that AI supports improved customer interactions coupled with superior business results in e-commerce fashion operations. The amounts of AI adoption, together with user engagement and sales growth, exhibited substantial increases throughout the research period. Among the other metrics, it was observed that AI adoption reached 30% by 2024, and customer satisfaction increased to 81%. AI is now becoming a driver of growth and customer satisfaction online in the area of clothing in Bangladesh. Applied, there is a huge potential of its future in retail innovation through personalized experiences, operations, and sales optimization
