Abstract
Mobile phones are essential in daily life. People often use power banks to keep them charged. However, problems like overheating, swelling, and leakage from low-quality power banks create safety risks. A digital survey offers a safe method to gather real-world user experiences on power bank performance and safety. This helps identify trustworthy brands and common issues while providing guidance on safer usage practices. The report looks at the safety and performance of mobile power banks based on user feedback. It also identifies common problems and heating issues. The survey data highlights reliable brands and safer usage practices to help users make informed decisions. A digital survey uses online forms to gather real-world user experiences with various power banks. Participants report their brand, capacity, charging duration, heating, leakage, and any safety issues. The data is described to find trends, common problems, and brand reliability without assuming any fixed outcomes. This method is safe and exploratory, based entirely on user-reported information. The survey shows that some brands are used more often and are usually seen as safe. Many users felt minor heat during extended charging sessions. However, a few mentioned swelling or leakage in low-quality power banks. In general, the data indicates that certified brands perform better and have lower safety risks. The study concludes that digital surveys offer a safe and effective method to evaluate user-reported performance and safety of power banks. It identifies common safety issues and trustworthy brands. This information helps users make informed choices. Overall, the study recommends safe usage practices based on patterns observed from user experiences.
