Abstract
The demand for online education is increasing rapidly, making it important to focus on learner satisfaction and effectiveness. Addressing these factors is essential to meet the evolving expectations of learners in the digital education landscape. This research paper explores the effectiveness of online courses by analyzing various aspects, such as the comparative impact of live online classes versus pre-recorded video courses and the influence of resource access duration (lifetime versus temporary). A survey was conducted to gather insights, revealing that live online courses with lifetime access to resources are significantly more beneficial and satisfying than pre-recorded video courses. Among participants who found online courses beneficial, 80.4% attended live sessions, and 66.7% had lifetime access to resources. Satisfaction ratings were higher for live classes, with most participants scoring them 4 or 5 on a scale of 1 to 5. These findings underline the importance of real-time interaction and continuous access to materials for effective online learning. Educational institutions and course providers can use these insights to design more impactful and engaging online learning experiences.
