Abstract

The adoption of Cognitive AI in business decision making is a recent phenomenon in Bangladesh driven by business needs for effective workflows and employee and data-informed decision making. Corporate challenges to large-scale deployment are typically driven by privacy issues around data. The research assesses Cognitive AI adoption trends between 2013 and 2024 on a time-series platform and suggests a safe and scalable business deployment model. The research explores the impact of AI on business decision making and productivity and on revenue growth and overcomes privacy and data security issues. The methodology is a statistical correlation of corporate adoption rates of AI and investment in workflow improvement with AI and correlations with corporate revenue growth, employee productivity and decision making. Correlation heatmap is employed in analyzing correlations strength. The outcomes are determined to have a very positive correlation between corporate performance metrics and adoption of AI and that corporate efficiency and profitability are immensely enhanced through decision making with AI. Additionally, AI frameworks can be employed to empower employees who are introverted or nervous by offering clearly outlined guidance on workflows and company policies. Despite these findings, research is marred by a deficiency in testing of the described framework of bias and AI in reality in secondary sources. The research provides substantial propositions regarding corporate application of AI without privacy and information security. The research highlights the revolutionizing capability of AI in streamlining corporate decision making in Bangladesh and opening up opportunities for future business plans on the foundation of AI after 2024.
